Expansion type anchors that can also be used to fasten fixtures into a variety of base materials, they suitable the holes diameter 60mm to 100mm.
Expansion is created by tightening a threaded bolt which draws a tapered cone expanding a sleeve against the walls of the hole.
How to use
1. Put the expansion screw into the ground or the hole on the wall and then tighten the nuts of the expansion bolt with wrench.
2. The bolt goes outside while the metal sheath does not move. Thus the bigger head of the bolt will expand the metal sheath, making it fill the whole hole.
3. Now, the expansion screw can not be pulled out.

The hook itself is good. Sturdy. The provided screws, however, are awful. As I was screwing them in, the heads of both of them broke off. And no, I wasn’t over-tightening - each was only about half way into the anchor. It left me with two broken off screws to deal with in my wall - turning what should’ve been a quick easy little project into a headache. My advice if ordering this is to throw the screws and anchors in the trash and then go to the local hardware store and get better quality.

Maybe the screws it comes with are fine, but I though they were a bit small considering the weight the hook is meant to hold. Fortunately, for my application, I was able to screw into wood - but I still used heavier screws - didn't trust the small ones this comes with. The hook is great, perfect size for my application - exercise band now perfectly attached to the wall.

The item worked as expected, however the nuts were a little loose when tightened. The threads seem to a bit over cut.. This was corrected with lock tight.

All screws stripped or broke in half while installing. Use your own screws.

Imagine trash-picking a castoff window; cleaning, painting, fitting with patterned glass, and then...what? Screwing in a functional-but-ugly eyebolt? No thanks. These back-plated eye hooks are an aesthetically superior alternative to traditional hanging hardware. Pleased with the result!
