The band or collar that holds onto the centrifuge is entirely detached. The handle is good for nothing. DO NOT BUY this PRODUCT.

I found if i used carbalose flour ( also available here at Amazon) and make your pasta mix very thin (think spaetzle dough) you can easily press your dough directly into the boiling liquid for very lovely, high fiber, low carb pasta with this inexpensive pasta press.

If you over tighten you'll dislodge the nut under the handle. Meaning - don't tighten too hard or the handle won't work that well.
