Some say never use it on good steaks some say just use a fork .....use what you want I chose this and it's Easy to Use and to clean !!!!

I bought this for my Ukrainian neighbors because they were constantly pounding on the counters tenderizing their meat. Thanks to this I haven't heard them pounding on the counters anymore.
