Received today with one of the cups not attached. Doesn’t really even look like it had glue or anything so maybe I got unlucky in the one I received. Purchased for a plein air class I am taking.

They work as described, holding paint solvent and galkyd. No complains! I love the small size bc I can just shove a paper towel in to soak up the solvent when I need to renew it, instead of having to deal with cups and cups of it. I’ve had no leaks, only when I didn’t make sure the lid was on correct, whoops. Would recommend

I bought this to use while travel journaling, and painting out in nature, with my watercolor go-kit. It is really very well made, and clips securely to my painting board, or to my palette or journal. I fill both cups with water, so I can use one side for the first dip, the other side for the final "clean" dip. Holds the perfect amount of water for a journal page or two, but if you're going to be doing any serious or extensive watercolor painting out there, you would be needing to dump and refill these cups constantly. To avoid that hassle, I pack a larger (collapsible) water cup in my go-kit as well.
