Tried a few different pans before, but this one really stands out. The size of each cup is impressive—they’re deep and wide enough to let the popovers rise beautifully without spilling over. I wasn’t expecting such a difference, but it genuinely made the popovers lighter and more airy. Plus, nothing stuck, which made cleanup super easy. It feels sturdy, like it’ll last a long time. Definitely a big step up from using a muffin tin. If you’ve struggled to get those perfect, sky-high popovers, this pan’s worth every penny.
