This stainless steel portion control plate is nice as it has enough compartments for a well-rounded breakfast, lunch, and dinner. In the picture, I have 130 grams of skinless, boneless chicken thighs, 130 grams of black beans, and 85 grams of broccoli. I weigh my food on my food scale, and those portions fit into the spaces of this plate nicely. The utensil is a titanium spork that has a spoon on one end and a fork on the other.Since it's stainless steel, it's going to be durable, and the user doesn't have to worry about if it's truly BPA free as it is often claimed on plastic items. This is a good alternative to plastic and paper plates as the only downside to this plate is the fact that it can't be used to warm up food in the microwave so the user will still need to have a microwaveable container(s) on hand if they are reheating food.In conclusion I like to prepare my food for the week and store it in the fridge, take out the containers, weigh out my portions, microwave my food, and enjoy as doing it that way saves me time and space in the fridge instead of cooking daily. But for someone that cooks daily and doesn't have leftovers to reheat then this plate will not only save space in the dishwasher and dish rack but it will also cut down on using plastic plates or paper plates.
