Excellent for individual fish dishes or I use for individual baked pasta or vegetable dishes. Looks really good when each person gets their own individual gratin dish

I like using the stainless to cook fish in the toaster oven with butter and bread crumbs. This one is a little small for a one person portion. Like the 15oz better and the 20oz is good for 2.

The dishes are a much thinner gauge metal than I have had or seen in the past. I expected a more substantial product, as I have had previously. Haven't used them yet, so I don't know if the thinner material will contribute to food burning before it's done throughout.

This was perfect for our need. We love cheese enchanilades. These pans are the perfect size for the onions and cheese filling plus more cheese on top with the sauce. Heating them in an oven prepares the cheese to perfection
