Easy to use. We used it in the smoker, the deep fat fryer and in the oven for our Christmas prime rib roast. Easy to read. Good quality. Temperature was accurate and meat was cooked to perfection!!!

I was definitely in need of this item when frying so that I could control my frying temperature. This item works great. The only issue I have is the weak clip. The clip doesn't grab onto the side of the pot as it should. It kept popping out of the pan and became very annoying. This is why I have this product a 4 star.
