We'll, going up older wood stairs it makes a bit of racket, but wow it so helps going up stairs, we had 4 110lb chairs to take up a flight of stairs, this thing was a God send. With the folding front platform it stores well. Would need a belt for large items, but so what else is new.

This has been worth the money. Has made moving furniture upstairs a breeze. Tucks away nicely when not in use. Functional, sturdy, easy to assemble and a great workhorse for moving large heavy items.

I like the compact size when it is folded up. It's easy to transport or store like that. It has worked well for me in a recent move when I used it to move boxes and things like bookshelves. I haven't tried moving any heavy items (weighing over 100 lbs). It is rated for more than that, but it is mainly plastic so I don't press my luck. I also haven't needed to move anything that heavy. If I ever need to move heavy things like a washer or refrigerator, I will borrow somebody's metal hand truck.
