Good product, affordable price and easy to use. Just be careful about the weather temperature, read the warnings. It is not really useful below 50 degrees Fahrenheit, it does not give good performance, the weather must be warm, good luck.

I’m tempted to paint the entire bus and my car with this stuff. It goes on smoothly. It’s really easy to apply and it goes a long way. I taped all the seams before applying this and the 4 leaks I started with are no longer leaking. I noticed a lot of pollen was on my roof so I took the power washer up and 20 minutes later my roof looked new again. I was surprised at how inexpensive it was. I recommend this to all my fellow bus/van life people.

After researching these products, I bought this to cover a cement patio that was overtop of my garage. The inside of the garage was leaking water heavily through cracks in the patio. The patio had been painted many times over. I scraped any loose paint from patio surface applied this in two coats on the patio. I then was able to paint it to the color of my liking. I had zero adhesion problems and so far I have no water leaking in the garage. Tremendously satisfied so far.

My husband and I raise rabbits. The are where we have their hutches has a tin roof and the bunnies were suffering in this Louisiana summer heat. With two generous applications this product reduced the heat in the hutches and sealed the drip leaks.
