It was listed as being high temp oil hose but the rating on what I received was for air and water only. Not saying it won't work but I work in the Marine industry and this is a big no. The threads also don't not fit any of my inverter kawasaki gens nor my JD. They all require a course thread and this has fine threads.

Does the trick. If you are like me and your oil drain hole is in a super awkward spot and covers your frame with oil every time you change it, this is the answer. I can't say that the hose is of high quality. In fact, it's a bit... thin. I suspect that if you tucked it away at too much of an angle that it would just crimp into that position. But it doesn't have much to do, so I guess that's ok. Also, the threads on the threaded side were covered in grime. But in the end, it did what I needed it to after a bit of cleaning.
