Exact fit. No trouble installing. Needed to drive the car for a day so there were no bubbles in the sensor housing. After that, no more low coolant light!

I know this is supposed to be an exact replacement but I had some problems getting the retaining clip in place. It looked like the sensor didn't go in far enough for the clip to fit over the mounting piece properly. I pushed really hard to make sure it went is as far as possible, finally would up using the original clip. It's stayed in so far. We'll see what happens.

Didn't last 2 months after i installed it. The light came back on. Since replaced with OEM with no problem.

I removed the old coolant sensor and installed the Standard Motor Products part, but I noticed it was loose and I was concerned it would leak. That's when I noticed that the old part had two rubber rings in the grooves where it attaches to the radiator. The new Standard Motor Products part had the grooves but no rubber rings. I had to harvest the rings from the old part, put them on the Standard Motor Products part and re-install it. I believe that it was an oversight by the supplier in providing a part without the required rubber rings. Certainly the rubber rings should have been "standard" on any replacement engine coolant sensor.

My level sensor kept registering low coolant and I decided to replace it . This was the same part, easy to replace and my low coolant light hasn't come on yet. I am pleased with my purchase!

Works great and got rid of the nagging warning light to help me passed smog inspection! Quick fix for the "low coolant" warning light... lamp first started flashing and eventually stayed on. A push and click install; however, not so easy if access to the radiator is tight like mine... had to work the part out but eventually got it. Happy camper!
