This relay restored my DRL functionality (headlight switch off, parking brake off, key on) when the previous relay burned up or became stuck open. Replacing this part is possible without tearing apart the entire lower dash panels, but you’ll need to have some flexibility to do it. Overall, this part is working great after many months.
