2007 Ford F150 ~80,000 miles.I was able to diagnose the starter solenoid was the culprit for the no crank/no start/no click.Using a multi-meter, I was getting ~4 volts at the S terminal (stud) of the solenoid while key in start position. However, I got full voltage at the cable connector, indicating that the stud itself (or something internal) was compromised somehow. Positive terminal got full voltage. I confirmed no issues with the relay, fuses, ignition switch, NSS, or harnessing.Figured I would replace the solenoid since replacing the starter motor can be a pain and may not even be the issue. While removing the cable from the negative terminal of the old solenoid, the top plastic portion crumbled to pieces and the stud fell out entirely (see photo). Cleaned up the cable connectors with sand paper, swapped the solenoid with new and the truck started. There may have been the possibility that the solenoid terminals just needed to be cleaned of corrosion but since the stud fell out while disconnecting the cables I couldn't confirm. The terminals on the solenoid will corrode, do yourself a favor and put some dielectric grease on the terminals after reconnecting the cables to mitigate corrosion buildup.

2001 FORD Crown Victoria best OEM Replacement. It fits like a glove. Started right away. First remove the 36" inch supporting rod in your arms way then pay attention & do not remove your starter. Just remove the two * star screws. Then unbolt the 3 three wires.Save your manufacturer rubber cap & put it over the new solenoid.

Original solenoid had 3/8" studs, this one has 5/16" studs. It works, but would fit better. I assume it's a universal replacement. I was using it for a 6.0 Ford starter. I think the gasoline engines use the 5/16" studs, and the diesels use 3/8" studs. I added some flat washers to get a good connection.

A straight up company with high standards. There's no question that I would definitely deal with them again. There should be more righteous people in business like them.
