  • [High Strength & High Toughness] - NextShapes Standard Pro Resin has higher strength and toughness than standard resin. The print is durable that it can be stored for a long time without cracking and is not easy to break when accidentally dropped. It has balanced toughness that it does not bend as much when removing supports.
  • [High Precision & Low Shrinkage] - Standard Pro 3D Resin offers high-precision printing, showing great details and smooth finish without layer lines. It has low shrinkage, reducing volume shrinkage and warpage during the curing, and ensuring dimensional stability and not easy to deform.
  • [Rich Colors & Easy to Paint] - Standard Pro UV curing resin offers a wide variety of colors and can be customized according to your preferences, bringing a very pure and vivid color effect to your creation. The smooth and delicate surface of the resin also makes it easier to paint.
  • [Lower-Odor & Easy Post Processing] - Standard Pro photopolymer resin upgrades the resin formula, reducing the odor significantly, and creating a more comfortable printing environment for users. The printed models are smooth and durable, easy to clean and remove supports without breaking.
  • [Wide Applications] - Standard Pro liquid resin is compatible with most 405nm LCD and DLP 3D printers on the market and maintains a high printing success rate. A high-quality general resin for prototyping, figurines, miniatures, functional parts, etc.

I've been trying all different types of resin with my new Elegoo Saturn 4 resin printer. The Standard Pro resin is a good choice, as long as you dial in the settings on your printer. Creating a test print or two is recommended to get the best settings, but I found the Standard exposure settings that I got from the Chitubox Resin Manager, and if you're using a different slicer, start with the standard exposure settings and do a first test print, and that should help you to determine how to tweak the settings to get a decent print. Once you're dialed in though, this resin prints really well! High resolution, indistinguishable layer lines, supports pop off easily, and it gives really nice looking, strong prints!

This resin works on my Mars 4 and shows good detail. My main reservation is the resin seems more brittle than the Elegoo resin I normally use. While this does help in removing the supports easily, it can cause small, thin details and parts to also snap free from the printed object as well.

I tested this resin by printing some miniature figures. I used the suggested exposure times, even though they appeared to be pretty long. The suggested settings worked, but this makes the resin print much slower than other competitors. I don't notice any advantage over the faster resins. Also, the resin has a weird consistency, and it is a pain to clean. It did not flow well with isopropanol spray, and I had to scrub it with a sponge to get it moving.

I tested this resin on an Elegoo Saturn 4 Ultra. I always wear a respirator when working with resin, but I didn’t notice any particularly strong scent during use. I started by warming the resin up to 25C (always make sure your resin isn't cold) with my enclosed heater and the consistency at that temperature is a bit like heavy cream.I ran this resin through the resin calibration feature on my printer printing the Cones of Calibration V3 at a standard 0.05mm layer height using 30s bottom exposure times with normal exposures ranging from 3.3s to 4s. I found that 3.4s was the ideal exposure time for my printer (your mileage may vary). The strength appeared to be reasonably good for a standard resin – it had a little bit of ductility as I was bending the sword without breakage in my pictured test print. I would have no concerns about printing a delicate display model out of this. I did overcure and yellow my test print by putting it in an Elegoo curing station for 3 minutes. I think around 2 minutes or less for something of that size should work.Overall, I think this is a good standard resin and I would have no issues using this interchangeably with my other standard resins from Elegoo or Anycubic.

This resin is a solid choice for those looking to create detailed, high-quality prints. It cures well under the printer’s settings, and the results come out smooth with great detail. The resin is easy to work with, and the colors are vibrant, adding an extra touch to your prints. It also seems to be durable once fully cured, which is nice for functional parts or display models. If you’re aiming for precision and smooth finishes, this resin is a great option to consider.

I tested this resin on my anycubic m5s and it performed as expected. Came out clean and looks good, perfectly servicable budget resin. Odor wasn't as bad as abs-like resin, but it wasn't odorless by any means - but that shouldn't be a big deal, your resin printer should be vented outdoors.

Works great on my Elegoo Starurn 3 ultra printer.Haven't had issue with shrinking or being falling apart.Prints came out clean. It's little bit on pricy side when compared to Elegoo brand resin that I've been using, but good quality.
