I got this understanding it wouldn't be exactly like brake cleaner. But I was expecting this to be like a spray on and no need to wipe situation but I was wrong.This degreaser works great at removing grease but it must be scrubbed or wiped off after being applied. I really like that it is safe for electronics so I don't have to be so careful when applying and wiping down. Good product. Great cleaning capabilities! Maybe I just needed to manage my expectations a little better.

I feel like since you get two of them it’s a pretty good value. Especially if you’re like me and want every nook and cranny cleaned on your vehicle. Quality is good! Works well! Easy to use! Makes the vehicle look great on the engine and other components underneath!

I got this product to clean up my zero-turn mower engine I am trying to trace a potential oil leak on. The block and platform were oily and dirty with grass and dirt that had blown into the oil. It wasn't caked or baked on, just very oily dirt, and in all kinds of places there was just no easy way for me to clean without a spray cleaner. It cleaned it up very quickly and well!I sprayed the left side of the engine and the painted metal platform it sits on, and tried to chase some of the oily mess around the block with the spray to get it to wash away from the block. I also sprayed the inside of half of the shroud, which had gotten oil-covered and dirty from a previous leak. It took about 1 1/2 cans to do this, and it did a great job! I could see the oil melting away from it as I sprayed. And two days later, I don't see any discoloration or any difference in the wiring bundle, plastic clips, rubber hose, or aluminum, painted or steel surfaces that were sprayed (except they are much cleaner).I did think the price was a little high, but for an evaporative, no-rinse product that doesn't harm me, my engine or the environment, I can live with that. The two downsides were the print on the can was so tiny I had to go get my magnifying glass just to read the directions, and the product information says the cans come with extension tubes and mine did not. They would have been helpful for a couple areas I needed to reach. So I gave four stars instead of five due to those two things.

The product was made in Romania. The lettering on the instructions was so small that I had to use a magnifying glass. I’ve been around a long time. I was used to a product called Gunk. Spray on and spray off with hose. Not this. You have to wipe it off with cloth. How can you clean an auto engine lke that? I had to buy the old Gunk to spray over it and wash with a hose.
