It’s a perfect fit for the Promaster axle nut..and best of all it’s on a 1/2in drive so I can use my gun without an adapter. Proto is a high quality tool company had many in the shop for heavy duty trucks. Made in the USA.

This is a specialty socket that I needed for pitman arm nuts on newer GM 2500 and 3500's. So far it's held up great. I don't need a $90+ dollar Snap-on socket for something that gets used 4-5 times a month. It's very sturdy, and fits tightly. Would definitely recommend this if you can't justify Snap-on prices.

On cummins and detroits this socket fits perfectly on the bottom of def filters which makes for quick and easy service replacements. Love love LOVE this socket. Especially because it’s a 1/2 drive. A lot of the other ones on the market are 3/4 drive because the socket is so large. But if you’re a diesel mechanic like me this is a great socket to have.

Works for me. I took off several axle nuts torqued at 300+ foot-pounds, and it still looks like new. No wear and tear yet. On the other hand I used it only a few times, there are not too many 46 mm nuts around my shop / garage. I am happy with this purchase.

I bought this to remove the wheel nut of my '09 Ducati Monster 1100S. Worked perfectly, nothing more I need to say. Would definitely buy again.

This is a quality tool. Very solid and precisely fitting. It's not very deep, but for my application, the nut on the non drive side of my Ducati Hypermotard rear wheel, it works perfectly. Having the right tool makes all the difference and this one is worth it.
