It is certainly not commercial grade or heavy duty, but that's not to be expected at this price. It certainly seems better than the $130 ones I looked at in stores, and seems like it will be fine for my light usage. The packing was virtually nonexistent, just a flimsy little piece of Styrofoam on the bottom, so of course it was pretty beat up. None of the dents interfere with the drawers, so I'll be keeping it.

The Cabinet was delivered earlier than expected and was exactly as advertised. It was sturdy, came with locks, and had an extra inclusion of file separators that came with it. The packaging made sure no damage incurred and it looks great, which is always a bonus!We did have one issue, we ordered two, one was great and worked perfectly, but the other had an issue with the locking mechanism. We ended up reaching out to the seller to ask for a replacement and they were awesome! The customer service was great and Derrick and Karin were quick to respond and fix any issues that I had.Very highly recommend this product! Customer service is great with these guys and the filing cabinet has been holding up incredibly well.

It took me forever to find a quality 2-drawer file cabinet that was deep. Everything else is 18ā or less and holds very few files. This is like the old fashioned, heavy duty file cabinets I remember from years ago that holds a ton of papers. Very nice!

Filling cabinet was damaged and top drawer was not able to close properly. drawer is unstable and cannot hold the needed files causeing the entire cbinet to be useless. Having major issues returning the poorly made filling cabnite.
