This set of moulds, I believe is really for ice cubes or making chocolates. But I gave it a spin and used resin inside with a spray resin release to make sure that they would come out of the Mould itself however, some of my resin didn’t cure correctly and so now it’s permanently stuck into the mold, but the ones that I did get out turned out. It was fun to use and the quality is not too bad.

Love these molds. I am a soap maker. I make soap for a lot of parties as favors. Everyone loves them. Perfect molds and easy to use and clean.

They worked great as a candy mold! I did buy some edible metallic glitter and a food grade paintbrush to apply it. Dab a little glitter on the smallest paintbrush and apply to appropriate locations. Heat the chocolate melts 30-40 seconds, stir, heat, stir, etc. Maybe add some flavoring(s) or color(s). Pour carefully into the molds. I put mine in the freezer for 15 minutes to make sure they were cool. The chocolate pops right out of the molds. I did take a little extra care with Han Solo in carbonite, but I none of the dozen actually broke. : ) A little bit of soapy water and the molds cleaned right up!

My favorite is the Death Star in a glass of Whiskey, but the frozen Han Solo and Millennium Falcon are close 2nds and 3rds! I should note, the Death Star Ice cube can be quite difficult to remove. It's a lot easier if you fill it right up with water, so that when it freezes it starts to push itself out of the mold.
