Starborn Gemstone Window Pendant in Stainless Steel

Poorly made chain.

Update 1/30/24: Starborn reached out to me and we are working together on this. Extremely grateful that they reached out to me. Life has been ridiculously busy and it made my week.Item arrived today ( at 3pm );as was noted when ordered. I opened up the package, located the box, unboxed the item and it was as described. Some really beautiful pieces of Moldavite.I am immediately put it on. I had some errands across town to go run before dark and for about an hour and a half or so came home decided to take a break and wanted to take a look at the mold against of reached underneath my shirt to grab out and all I had was The necklace and wanna watch face and being that’s cold where I’m at right now I was wearing under armor layers underneath there’s nothing I can think of that all that could’ve jarred moved unscrewed and so what I realize that all I had was empty everywhere stood up and gently released clothes. I was wearing to see if anything fell wiggle my pants, and what not and For whatever reason I’m lost with the necklace in half watch face .This is my first time purchasing this company. Purchased an identical item from them several years ago and exact item like this from them years ago directly and ended up giving it to someone who I thought needed more. I did some point after I had it for a little while never had an issue with it and they still have it Couple days ago for whatever reason my mind kind of wondered something and popped in my head so I was looking around I went back and look at my email to see how I bought from and also looked on Amazon and noticed I had an Amazon store. I could get it in a day or two and looked on the website and Prices same thing or something that I bought three this time I really love the pieces they are very trustworthy company. In fact, the reasons are purchased from them years ago is because mine who works with Jim’s and stones and meteorites and what not suggested them personally because a lot of people don’t know this but there’s a lot of fake mold out there and only comes from specific place and the world at this point there used to be from the right spots at least two different areas and there is so much out there and it is extremely rare extremely expensive , why you see even smaller and pieces three desert price tag or more this came with a authenticity from them but I didn’t need that per me knowing that they’re extremely trustworthy and I highly suggest purchasing from them. Great company great people.Unfortunately, I’m gonna have to give this a one for now. I’m gonna attempt to reach out to them directly and share this issue and let them know that this review up and basically copy the information out of this review and send it to them to see what Maren may not be able to do kind of the way I see things right now I don’t know that I’m the customer here but I spent $80 and change, I wore it for roughly 4 hours or less and it was held tight against my chest with under armor under the cold weather here and when I went to retrieve the window pendant from under my shirt to take another look T it… it everything was gone.I might suggest to anybody who chooses to purchase the specific item to maybe drop a little bit of Loctite or maybe a small drop hot glue to hold the two windows together securely. I really was blessed to have received some amazing pieces. Just unfortunate that this has happened and I’d like to get their take on things after spending so much.They Have some nice energy to them and you can actually feel the vibrations from the Moldavite so much so that a lot of people can’t actually wear it for very long. It’s a know fact if, you do some research about it and I do have other pieces of Moldavite and it is something I’m very familiar with.However in the specific sense , I think this needs to be brought to their attention immediately.All of this product review I guess after I hear back from see what happens just reiterate I’m gonna leave this at one right now if I didn’t know anything about the chain that came with it it’s not anything special per se and it’s still intact the chain is everything the chain in the one side of the pit that has the loop to attach the chain so nothing broke nothing tugged Somehow the two windows came uncrewed the room and it was very close to my chest so we’ll see how goes.And just to be clear, if anybody ever asked me if I would ever purchase from them again absolutely this is just one of those one off type things that happens from time to time with whatever so just kind of putting this here as a placeholder and hopefully get their attention through here, but I’ll also reach out directly like I mentioned before I didn’t want to give a bad perception of these people. They are such nice people very experienced and audible sorts of things and they had great collection of gemstones crystals meteorite all sorts of things not just here on Amazon if you go to their website amazing pieces stuff that I wish I had some more flexible spending to be able to acquire.

Se le cayó el vidrio y se salieron las piedras...me reembolsaron el 50 %......lo lleve a la joyería y me dicen que si lo pegan se vuelve a caer porque la misma estructura tiene un defecto así que no creo que me envíen la misma cajita sola sin la piedras....no creo...ya veremos .... igual comento como me fue....saludos

I got my necklace. Absolutely loved it. Put it on and it fell apart. Now I can’t find all the pieces of the stone and I haven’t even worn it. I’m terribly disappointed.

It's the most gorgeous pendant I have seen. Especially for rock lovers.

The craftsmanship is perfect but it came a bit smaller than expected and you can’t open it up! Without breaking it I mean!

I just received my package and so far I have no complaints! It’s very sturdy and beautiful. The packaging is very cute and it comes with a certificate of authenticity. I’m very happy with my purchase!!

I think this is the real stone, but because it's enclosed in glass I don't think you can experience any of the vibratory qualities of the stone itself.

It’s perfect, I didn’t think it would come with the chain but it did and I love it. The pendant doesn’t open so it’s very secure, it’s also bigger than I thought it would be but overall I love it.
