This was my first time ever using a pressure cooker, I was very impressed on just how easy to use this model is. I made ribs and it turned out much better then the store bought precooked ribs. I definitely will be trying other recipes with pressure cooker.

It's not made of stainless steels but aluminum and covered with a kind of paint, however still can be acceptable with carefulness usage. And is cheapest in Canadian market. The size is a little big and still acceptable.

I wanted to use bake setting for meatloaf. Followed directions: meat into container, set to bake, I selected low closed lid hit start. In just a couple of minutes I could hear boiling and steam coming from pot. Opened lid, boiling around edges and top of meat looked steamed not what I wanted. Removed meat to another pan and finished in my oven . Looking at bottom of meatloaf it was partially burned, can't imagine trying to bake a cake in this.Under pressure, I've used this for dry beans (1 pound and 6 cups water, works wonderful, no soaking just water beans and seasoning. Was completely finished in about 1 hour including cool down, perfect. Used for rice, results not to my liking but will try again rinsing rice first and using same measure cup for both rice and liquid. These are the only items I've prepared so far not sure if it's worth keeping. I thought this one pot would replace other appliances, maybe I should stick to what's been working!?
