It arrived today and overall the item seems decent, but not worth $95. Unlike other reviews I have an actuated Gen 2 and everything arrived that I needed. I'm not thrilled with a bent ear on one of the weight pieces, but it's thin enough to bend it back into position with no problem. What I'm not happy about is the tab "hole" to hold the starlink post from twisting. It's too small for the "tab" to pop out and hold the mast in place. I had to take a small file and file away the sides and top so the tab would finally pop out and hold the mast firm.

I am VERY frustrated. VERY unhappy. This seems like a quality item, but it is completely unusable because it does not come with the necessary hardware to attach it to the actual Starlink antenna. Why couldn’t the seller have included that crucial piece of information in the description?I had to spend $100 more to order an adapter, and now I’m having to wait several more days before I can mount my Starlink on my roof. Assuming the adapter works, that is.

I have the older starlink model, not the new lay down model. So my starlink had the adapter already included. I know the new ones you have to buy the attachment for it to stand up.

The seller neglects to tell the buyer there are other items that will need to be purchased to mount the antenna to the device. Buyer will also need to purchase an adapter bracket and pipe in order to mount the antenna to the device. Very misleading!

One of the ears was bent on arrival from sliding around. The welds are ok. I didn't use it for starlink, I made my own for PtP antennas. The "sand bags" are steel boxes that aren't painted inside, when you fill with sand you might want to use dry sand or leave the caps that don't fit well off for a while. There is rust inside already. The hardware fit just fine. I sleeved 1" sch40 grey plastic pipe with 3/4 EMT and it made a sturdy mast. I'm sure starlink will work good because it's much lower and I don't think it's going anywhere in the wind.
