This is a very good pin vise.A little expensive but the quality of the pin vise makes it worth the money.

I’m used to Starrett tools being of the highest quality. A level of quality that justifies the price. That’s why I only give this 3 stars. The cuts in the vice are uneven and visibly off center, the knurling is a bit uneven and even a bit slick in some spots, I could go on. Is it functional, yes. If it were an unbranded import, I’d be happy and singing its praises.

This is a top quality pin vise. Starrett products are always top of the line. I used the pin vise to hold a 1/32 drill bit and chucked in my cordless drill.

expensive pin vise with a narrow range in terms of drill sizes it will accept, but you will know where the extra money went when you see it. Very nice craftsmanship. Very well made.

This vise works great, better than any I've had before. The drill bits are held firmly and do not slip.

As advertised. Holds a size 55 drill bit very securely. Handle is hollow and collet is a bit stiff, but this does not affect overall quality of product.
