Locating collar could not be used starter wasn't drilled for it. Seems to work without collar but Honda put it there for a reason. (for better alignment) But the price is 1/2 oem.

small issue the mounting hole wasnt big enough for the dowel pin that oem has so used drill bit to enlarge it works perfect now
