I paired this with the CL7 and absolutely love it. I have to park pretty far from work most of the time and comes in handy during the cold northern Indiana winters and hot summers when normal remote start won’t reach.

Installed as shown in the video followed the steps in the instructions still does not workPerhaps I’m over looking something but I have went through everything 4 times nothing happens

Works great no problems installing it other then the air bag at the feet just disconnect the battery should be fine all and all get it great investment

Start-x remote start was pretty easy to install by watching video link provided. T harness was quality built and simple to install. Programming was straightforward by following instructions provided. Did need to contact customer service, quick response and issue was correctedOn this car, you can only remote start car twice, will not work again until car is driven short distances. Remember that when you are testing system after install. it will save you time from having to contacting customer service. Works like a factory remote start with your key fob.Will buy again for another car if needed.

This was such an easy install, just follow the instructions on the QR code on the ManualWorks as it should only thing I don't like about it is your press the lock three times to start so it honks at you three times, then an additional two more times, once to confirm your input then once after it started. Three honks would been fine but five is kinda anoyingAll in all it's well worth your money and the install was so easy you don't need to hire a professional.

Easy to instal if you know what you’re doing. Took about 45 mins total. It was tricky learning the process of you can only remote start once and you have to drive at least 10 feet before you can do it again. The amount of time it makes the car honk is crazy before the car actually turns on. PSA don’t use if it’s the middle of the night you wake your. Mom you dad and your grandma up other than that 10/10

Installed in about 1/2 hour. Works like a champ! Undo the grayish white plug in the middle of the ecu not the black plug like I fought with. Installed on 2022 Sentra. Socket set and a t15 torx and it’s a breeze.

I recently leased a 2022 Nissan Sentra that has no remote start. First car I have had without remote start since 1994. Something had to give.First I researched remote start installation companies in my area and took the car to a shop that specializes in installing remote starters. They agreed to do the install for $399.00. After working on the car all day - and calling me mid-day to tell me they would have to "sacrifice" a key to get this to work - the shop finally gave up and said they could not get their remote start module to work. A day wasted.I found Start-X remote starter on Amazon. There were good reviews for others makes and models, but since the Nissan Sentra is not one of the top selling cars there was not much to go on in the way of reviews. The Start-X website had a video showing how to install the module, so I figure what the heck? Why not try it for $149.00?After reviewing the install video and doing a partial removal of the dash panel I discovered that the video was not showing the same dashboard internal parts that I was seeing. I believe the video is using a pre-2020 Nissan Sentra. The Nissan Sentra changed body styles in 2020 and the 2020, 2021, and 2022 models are different that the video. So I was stuck.I emailed Start-X support and got very quick responses. They walked me through the 2022 dashboard interal layout by sending me several emails with photos and auto repair manual step-by-step procedures. Seriously, this support was phenomenal.I used their suggestions and was able to easily remove the lower dash panel and the fuse box as the BCM necessary to access is now behind the fusebox on the 2020-2022 Sentras. With a little persuasion I was able to lower the fuse box out of the way, remove the BCM, and install the plug-and-play wiring for the Start-X. There were a couple hiccups along the way, but Start-X email support answered almost instantaneiously until I got the problem solved.The remote start works GREAT. It took me about 90 minutes to install, but if you knew how to remove the dash panel and fusebox ahead of time it would only take 15 minutes.I still am amazed that the local expert shop spent all day and never got the remote start to work. I spent 90 minutes - with support email help - and got things working! And I did not have to sacrifice a key fob in the process!It works -- and supports is great. Try it!
