I purchased this to use for my EZ Pass and it has fallen off the windshield twice and leaves a terrible mess to clean. I actually have to use a straight edge razor and glue remover to get the windshield clean. The temp was around 90 and I thought this wouldn't have a problem but it does. I am going to look for a white tape that won't absorb the heat.

The amount of wear we put on our couch it’s no surprise we have trouble keeping the cushions to stay right. The Velcro has certainly help although we do probably have to fix the cushions about every other day, better than everyday!

The adhesive on this is really good. I am using mine to hold up a long power bar on the side of a cupboard and so far it hasn't failed. If using scissors to cut the product be prepared to have to scrub them after as the adhesive is very strong.

I bought this product because I recently got a couch with a chaise and I love laying on the chaise but it slides. This was easy to use. I put 2 strips parallel to each other under the chaise, pressed firmly to secure and that was it! No more sliding and I can enjoy my couch!

Used it on homemade 9" sanding disks for my lathe because I wanted a low-speed sanding device. For this I prefer hook and loop sanding disks, in a number of grits, on separate backing disks. I applied a layer of good contact cement to each MDF backing disk before applying the hook material, although this may not have been necessary. A couple of strips of the 4" hook material, glued across the face of each 9" disk, was sufficient to securely hold the loop-backed sandpaper.

Update: No matter what I did it wouldn’t hold the seat in place. I removed it and threw it in the trash! Don't buy this product. It's a waste of money.I don’t understand how a roll can have so many folds. Perhaps at the end of the roll, but the product was so creased that I couldn’t get it flat. Several days under weight and it still looked like an accordion. The protective plastic had pulled away from the product at the creases. I applied the product, but it didn’t adhere well. It was super sticky in places because it glued my scissors closed a bit; however, it didn’t work as well on the base of the chair or cushion. Hopefully, it will flatten out and stick better as we sit on it, but I’m not hopeful.

Worked great for keeping my couch cushions in place, they haven’t moved since I put the Velcro on it. This stuff is super sticky and a little hard to cut because of the stickiness, basically had to use goof off on my scissors after but no big deal. Definitely would buy again.

The adhesive backing is extremely sticky. It's so sticky that it actually caused my shears to gum up from cutting it. The adhesive was getting stuck on the shears. This make it very difficult to try and contour the velcro the shape of the patch I was applying it to.The adhesive also caused my sewing machine needle to get gummed up as well and made sewing difficult as I wanted to reinforce the patch to the velcro because I couldn't risk losing the patch and didn't have the proper time to test it.I decided to use this on another patch without sewing and just stuck it straight onto the back of the patch that has an iron on backing. And stuck it to my vest. I kept putting in on and peeling it off my vest repeatedly and couldn't notice it separating. I made sure to hold just the patch and not the velcro when I pulled and the velcro always separated first and I couldn't see any signs of the adhesive coming apart. I guess I didn't really need to sew it the first time.The hook is of a premium newer design that sits much flatter than other hook velcros. While this still works really well, it's somewhat weaker than the traditional hook design.

I originally bought this just for the "hook" side of the fastener for a bunch of patches I had without it on them, but I found I had a lot of extra. I ended up using the extra for 2 couches to keep cushions in place and was immediately surprised at the strength of the adhesive and the fastener.I waited almost 6 months before reviewing to see how it held up and it all seems to be doing great! Definite recommend!

Have only had on for maybe a month or two and the cushions are back to sliding off my couch. When removing the cushions to clean they just peel off the couch instead of the velcro coming apart.

I bought this with the hopes it would keep my couch cushions in place. It works pretty well but not as much as I hoped. Still have it 4 stars because it's great velcro and could work well for any surface that is not fabric.

seems like a great product so far. however.. was disappointed to find one side of the adhesive was 38.5" long, while the other side is 46.5" long...? considering they need to be used together (Velcro) I have a useless 8" of one side of it left..
