The base of the Organizer has a recess for the hands, which allows you to carry the organizer comfortably. The base's walls fix files and folders and don't allow them to fall out of the organizer to the sides. The design itself is solid and has no analogs.

I love to stay organized with my files but I absolutely hate when they get lost in my file holders or letter trays. Things end up getting stacked on top of one another, or buried behind other files and it's hard to find things.....until now!!The slightly tapered design of this file holder means you can always see the file folder titles at a glance. It's a small little tweak to a standard file folder design, but it's briliant!I'm using it just sitting on my desk, but you can also hang it on a cubicle wall, or wall mount it with screws depending on your preference.Assembly was super easy - literally just snap the dividers in. I was worried about them being flimsy based on the dividers just sitting there, but it's a really well-built, solid item. Very high quality item!!!Good to note as well, it is under 12" depth sitting upright, so you can actually fit it into a standard 12" deep bookcase, like a Billy bookcase without any issues!

the file organizer is easy to assemble took longer to unpack then put together, it seems rugged works as described would buy it again. I DID NOT rate durability as I had it a week but it seems that it should hold up for a long time.

This product is well made and looks good. My only issue was when hanging it on a wall. The template provided for spacing the holes to drill into the wall is too narrow for the actual hangers on the back of the product. I used the template, drilled the holes but couldn’t hang it. Had to drill another hole in the wall to get the spacing right. As long as you know this when installing it won’t be a problem. Hopefully this gets fixed so future customers won’t have this problem.

The product I received was an obvious return as you can see from the pictures. The 2 clips for hanging were missing which doesn't matter if using on a desk but if I decide to hang in a different manner later (over a cubicle wall for instance) I don't have the hardware! This package had been opened and returned (taped shut with a post it note to return UPS still on the box). Returning for a "new" organizer which is what I ordered.

So convenient!! Great quality and keeps my files organized! This file organizer is a simple idea, but the value it brings is huge! I put stickers of different colors on the tabs of each compartment so that they are easier to distinguish. Now it's a much easier for me to triage the work files by urgency, and I can literally see what has been done that day and what’s left for me to do. All in all, it’s a great addition to my desktop.
