This is great for the price, I was able to clean the stain of my kids sofa very well. This is very portable and easy to use. It doesn’t leave a wet stain either.

This steamer has cheap parts that don’t screw on correctly. It steams well but isn’t easy to use and doesn’t seem to be as effective as a bigger steamer. This is good if you just want to steam something to disinfect it or do a basic clean. Otherwise, buy something else.

This steam cleaner is incredibly loud. It's so noisy that I can't even have a conversation while it's running. And for all the noise it makes, it doesn't clean very well. Not worth the headache.

I use this steam cleaner for old grease stove. This cleaner can help soften the grease and dust. And easily to brushed out the dirty with high temperature steam. I used to clean that with detergent and sponge and does not work well. After couple time of using this cleaner, my stove has no more grease and stickiness. I also used this cleaner for my kitchen floor(grout). There are a lot of dark spots between tiles which not able to clean by mopping, now are all gone. Should have try this cleaner earlier.

This is my first steamer, powerful and great at cleaning! So i been a bit obsessed about using it everywhere but parts started melting after 3 days of use. Granted i was using it a lot, not even at highest setting. I don’t think parts should be melting this fast and making the unit leak and unusable. I returned it.

Operated fine when I used it for cleaning a couple of things - was easy to use and did a good job. However, after the second time I used it, I could not easily extract the plug from the socket of the extension cord. The steamer plug was destroyed when removing it because one of the prongs got stuck. It appears that it got hot enough (not due to steam which was far away from the electrical connection) to melt some of the plastic in the socket which flowed into the hole of the prong which then solidified after cooling, locking it in place. Could be the extension cord was not of the appropriate amp rating, although by its appearance it looked to be medium duty at least. I will make sure the next extension cord has adequate design. I would like to know how I can get a replacement cord for the steamer.
