For such a small unit, it heats up quick and generates a lot of steam. It is lightweight, even when the water tank is full. Comes with a little cup with a pour spout to easily fill the water tank.Can be used as a traditional steam or as a steamer. There is a small push button to set the unit to dry ironing, small steam, medium steam, and high power steam.Comes with a place holder to place the iron which helps to prevent accidentally putting the unit on your counter top.Overall, a great unit.

This steamer iron isn’t at all what I expected, though it’s nice enough that I’m not completely disappointed. I just have to change my point of view.What I thought I was getting was a clothing steamer to get wrinkles out of clothes when I travel. Instead, this is primarily just a regular, small, portable iron. The iron works great, with or without steam. Unfortunately, as just a steamer, it’s not so impressive. Hope that makes sense. I ordered a steamer and got an iron, and while the iron works extremely well, the steamer function does not. In the end, it evens out, because having a little portable iron is probably just as good as having a portable steamer. It just wasn’t what I expected. Fortunately, it is small enough to travel well.I do love the protective base that it rests on when you set it down, and I appreciate that there’s a glove to protect your hand when using the steaming function. One of the worst burns I ever got was from a clothing steamer, so I think that glove is a really nice touch even if I don’t use this primarily as a steamer.Bottom line, as a travel steamer, this isn’t very good. But as a travel iron, it’s excellent and highly recommended.

I’ll give credit where credit is due: as a travel iron, this thing is a solid little trooper. It heats up fast, is lightweight, and does a decent job pressing out wrinkles if you use it like a traditional iron. But the steamer function? Let’s say it’s more of a steam suggestion.I tried steaming a cotton dress shirt and ended up just giving it a light facial. The steam output is so gentle, I thought maybe it was just shy. If you’re hoping to de-wrinkle anything thicker than a silk scarf or a fairy’s cape, prepare to be disappointed. This steamer would lose a fight with a slightly damp napkin.The five modes and LCD screen make it look fancy, but no mode summoned enough steam to make a difference. I felt like I was waving a warm breath of air at my laundry.So yes—it’s a good mini iron to pack for travel. Don’t count on it to steam anything more substantial than your patience.

Good power wattage at 1200W, like a regular household device. Only operates at 110-120 volts, which could be a limitation when going abroad so best to check. Dry iron. We tried it on a cotton dress. Handle in regular position. Good heat, again comparable to a regular iron. Steamer. Tried it on a silk shirt hanging vertically with good results. Flip the handle 90 degrees or to the opposite end. Steams in four modes: silk, cotton & linen, woolen fabric, synthetics. Water reservoir capacity 180 ml good for about 20 mins of steaming, though the job is usually done in much less than that. The set comes with the iron /steamer and its placement base, an electrical outlet cord (around 6 ft), a heat resistant glove, and a water filling cup.Overall, good value for a portable, compact quality travel iron /steamer.
