I have been a collision repair technician for nearly a decade now. I purchased this to help knock down some soft crowns without damaging the paint finish. So far, it works ok. It doesn't stay on all my hammers, I have to make sure they have a wider striking face or the cap will fall off. I didn't expect it to be amazing so I haven't been let down by it, and it has come in useful here and there.
