※ Operating Instruction :
>Step 1 : Pass the steel band into the buckle with 2" reserved.
> Step 2 : Bend the reserved banding to fix the buckle.
> Step 3 : Reserve 5"'s banding after the bundling.
> Step 4 : Clamp the band with banding tool, pull down the handle and tighten, adjust the appropriate tightness but avoid over tight.
> Step 5 : Turn the banding tool to the two corners to close the buckle.
> Step 6 : Pull down the blade handle to cut the steel band.
> Step 7 : Flatten the two corners of the buckle and completed installation.

This thing actually worked pretty good for my small project. It took a while to work the process out being left-handed and this thing particularly built for the right handed world. I had no issues there were not self-induced. Overall, it seems pretty well built.
