This is a steel wheel nut tool for Ducati 1098 1198 streetfighter or multistrada 1200. It is two tools in one a, 55mm 12pt for the rear and a 30mm for the front. This tool is CNC machined out of high grade steel and then nickel plated so it will never rust or corrode. It is designed to be used with a 1/2" ratchet or impact gun. This is a must have tool because the Honda/Yamaha superstore will not have a socket to change your rear tire. All of our tools are made by us, MotoFab Lifts. Bought this one after a first failed attempt from another Amazon seller, had to return it because their 55mm didn’t fit my 55mm. This one though fit my panigale v2 absolutely perfectly, thing is solid! If you have a v2 buy from this seller it fits great!

I used this to remove the wheel nut from my 2011 Ducati Multistrada 1200 and it took an impact gun, a 15" breaker bar, a 24" breaker bar, then the 15" breaker bar inside a 5' cheater pipe to break the nut free. The tool looks just fine after all that.

If you are looking for a 55mm/ 30mm wheel nut socket like I was, this is for you. This one actually is 55mm, unlike another brand I tried.My bike is a 2020 Duc Panigale V4. If you have a Ducati and are removing the nut for the first time, I recommend this nut socket, a 1/2 drive breaker bar (I used an Icon 25in bar from Harbor Freight), some sort of steel tubing for a cheater bar (3-4ft), and someone one else to hold your rear brake as you remove the nut.Use a torque wrench and grease when putting your new tire back on. 230nm or 170ft.lbs, and I used Shell Rotella Heavy Duty grease.With these tools and this Socket, you can do unlimited tires changes on your own.
