Don’t buy the cheaper ones, they have slack and are slick plastic finish. This one feels like it’s on a roller bearing and has 2 fastening points with grip on the inside of the clamp. looks good too

This little gadget works like a charm. .y rotator cuff is torn and this spinner is perfect. I have a wheel cover. I had originally ordered small, but I returned it because it did not fit. I reordered the XL and it fit perfect.

After mounting (and it has to be tight) works as expected. Smooth operations, I have had it installed for over a month and it really does help in the parking lot.
