I purchased this STENS 290-633 choke cable to replace one that has frozen up. Right out of the package, it was also frozen. Amazon return of this item was not an option even though it did not fall under any of the exceptions, and told me to reach out to the manufacturer which I did. The manufacturer rep' did not read my description and thought I had installed it. I responded with why would I go through the trouble of installing a cable that was already stuck? No response and so no hope of getting my money back. Went to Searsparts and paid 2 1/2 times more for the cable but at least it works. Stay away from STENS products. You'll lose your money and weeks of work trying to sort this stuff out.
