I ordered this item in October and began using it in January. I have probably used this no more than 10 times for 20 minutes at a time. This morning, the mechanism that keeps the steps moving snapped while I was working out on it.Also, I am 5’8 and 160 pounds and the resistance bands are probably 6” too long - you can’t really get any resistance until you are halfway through a bicep curl, for example.

3 stars because it is just a plain stepper. The digital display does not work, does not keep count, does not keep time, or anything other than just turn on and flash numbers randomly while in use with no clear indication on what the numbers are. Now the stepper itself is great nice and quiet and the adjustable height of the steps helps imo to change the difficulty in the workout. The resistance bands are good a little too long for my so I have to grip the actual band if I want to get a good arm workout it. I personally don't find anything special about it, but I've only had 1 use out of it so far

I let this sat in the box for longer than I should have, and now that it’s out it doesn’t have any resistance when I get out it each step goes to the floor it feels like I’m not doing anything. There is no way to tighten it for better resistance, and I would not recommend this item and I would return but it’s outside of the return window

Wanted to add something different to my work out routine, so I thought I would give this a try. So glad I did. Comes ready to use out of the box. Compact, so it doesn’t take up a lot of space. Is very sturdy and gives you a nice workout if you spend time on it. Would definitely recommend.

This works great my legs hurt within like 5 minutes but it a great workout me and my husband are using it during the winter so we don’t have to go outside to walk

This works really well. The price was phenomenal. It comes ready to use right out of the box and fits just about anywhere. Honestly, it's a better workout than a regular walk. There is more resistance, so you feel the burn within 20 minutes. The only complaint is that it squeaks after about 10 minutes and the hydrolics get pretty warm to the touch. Overall, a great pick for an even better price.
