Well I had this stepper for a few months before it stopped reading the steps completely. I decided to put it out of my workout rack since I'm pregnant and gonna be able to workout again soon with my baby coming in 3 weeks and the step counter still doesn't work. So I wouldn't suggest getting this stepper unless you wanna just count your own steps. The tension of the chords didn't exist it was like using silly string while stepping and I ended up just using dumbbells instead. So definitely this product itself needs a lot of work. The tension for the step reliever never worked either. I ended up buying a treadmill

Love that the stepper came with resistance bands and a mat to protect the floor and keep you steady. It's really easy to set up and to use, but I would have made the space between the steps adjustable. It's awkward to do stair exercises with your feet right next to each other. Still, it's good exercise. Make sure you prime the struts by pulling them all the way up first!

I love the retention and the product works well. Great quality. Very sturdy, no noise and able to adjust. Fits perfectly in the corner of the room.

If you want an affordable and effective stepper, look no further. The resistance bands are easy to use while stepping. I began using the stepper for my DVT recovery. It works great whether you are sitting or standing.

I got this solely on the fact that my co-worker purchased one and said she loved it. After searching different sites to include Amazon for about a week, I finally found this one for a decent price. So I purchased it. It was easy to completely put together. It only required popping on the “feet” and screwing in the tension rod. Super simple. I have it sitting right next to my couch so I have no excuse to not use it. Definitely recommend!

I so want to give this 5 stars because it has been a game changer for me in the best way. I have been stepping for 30 minutes to 1 hour 6 days a week to reach a 10K step goal. I have lost 3 inches from my waist, 1/2 inch per thigh and 1/2 inch around my hips. I ordered a stepper in November, within a week a nut inside came loose releasing a silencer pad which then made it a little annoying by metal on metal each step. The knob to make it step shallow/taller was incredibly difficult to turn. The counter never did work nor did the time or any other part of the digital display. It turned on but didn't do anything after showing 1 step.I requested a replacement and received the new within days. The new one makes me think maybe the prior was a previous return because it looked way better than the first. BUT it doesn't count steps, keep time or work at all digitally. I have tried googling as it does not have great instructions. With the initial purchase, it was a Black Friday special for around $50.00 so I am not sending the 2nd back. From what I can tell that is a deal as there are all $70+ now. I track my steps with my watch and the devise does what it needs to step wise. I do not use the bands as I am 5 foot 3 inches and they are too long for me to feel any sort of muscle building resistance. To get my arms, I use 5 pound dumbbells. This had potential to be amazing but, instead for me, it just does the bare minimum. If you can't track steps on a watch or some other way I would definitely recommend looking at a different brand.

I purchased this item February 2024. The pedals barely fit for my feet size. I'm a size 8 1/2 and my feet hangs off the end. The stepper is loud no matter which resistance you change it to. I recommend to anyone not purchase unless you wear a size 7 shoe and under. Also if you like loud noise, then this will be for you. It's a waste of money. Research and purchase something better.

I had a stepper 6 years ago and I loved it. However, the basement flooded, so I had to replace it and this stepper didn’t disappoint. It works you out and I love that you don’t get a lot of noise because it has a wheel instead of an air tube. You still get the counter and the little mat is an extra added bonus because it gives you a little more stability on the floor. I usually cross my arm bands for more resistance. The price was another selling point for me, it was very reasonable.
