This is horrible. I can not believe it. This looks like it is old, and I can not even get the clasp off to put charms in it. This has to be used and old. I'm so disappointed.

I loved the of this piece and when I read it was sterling silver I knew it would pair well with my collection of silver pendants. I’m disappointed that the silver has worn off and changed color contrasting with my favorite pendants.

There was something wrong with the latch. I could not open it.It was easy enough to return, although it did require having to drive over to Whole Foods to make the return. Once at Whole Foods though, it was easy. Now, I'm just waiting for the credit to show up. I understand that may take a few days. Sorry I had to return it. I really wanted it.

It's small, flimsy. Not a substantial silver piece bends easy, opener hard to work. Not using bummer

I love this so much as you can wear all your charms. Mine bent trying to hook it. That’s my only dissatisfaction.
