Many outlets are on walls that are uneven, only a sealer with an adhesive back seals this GAP! The Home Sealing and Insulation Kit contains enough outlet sealers to seal the entire house. The kit contains 22 outlet, 10 switch, 4 GFI/Decora and 2 double switch sealers. Only by sealing ALL outlets can you maximize your savings on heating and cooling costs! Two thirds of your outlet drafts are from outside walls but did you know one third of drafts are on inside walls? If an electrical outlet has a wall plate...Stick 'N' Seal it!! The kit also contains the only under sink waste and water line sealers on the market. The large hole cut in your cabinet or wall for your waste line and 2 water lines is a source of draft. Stick 'N' Seals eliminate this DRAFT! All the sealers are flame retardant and super easy to install.

This would be better if the insulation pieces are slightly over sized to help compensate for outlet/switch wall cut-outs that are not perfect. The way these are currently sized can result in gaps in the wall remaining unsealed.

I was could feel cold winter air coming through outlets on exterior walls of the house, and this sealed up the gaps perfectly.

Great product, although the variety is a little off. I found only one GFI outlet sealer within the bag. The outlet sealers also seem to be somewhat thicker than most of my outlet plates which causes them to bulge out, creating a unsightly gap.

The horrible contractors that remodeled my home free a fire, cut oversized holes for the outlets and I had to use electrical tape like the instructions suggested to cover their mistakes. If they were a little larger you wouldn’t have to do that. The electrical tape doesn’t want to stick to the walls or foam so you have to work fast to get the plate back on before it comes loose. Other than that suggestion they work great! Some people obviously don’t read the directions and mentioned sticking them to the plate cover. You need to stick them to the wall opening if you want it to seal right. I found some of the outlet boxes frames stick out from the wall a little bit, so air could escape there because they are not adhered over the opening by attaching to the wall. Plus if you ever wanted to replace your cover plates you would lose the foam since it would be attached to the plate instead of the wall. Where it was possible I saved and cut the leftover pieces that you poke out to stick over some bigger holes instead of tape and then put tape over all to hold in place. For double plate switches/outlets I had to cut down two pieces to make one to fit both and then taped them to hold them together. I hope this helps you to get them installed well. They are much better with the Adhesive back then without. The water outlets seem to small for mine since the contractors were lousy in their workmanship. I would like to see packs without any cut marks so you could custom cut them for odd situations.

Helps with the poor construction and draft through my home. Just peel and adhere. The adhesive is very sticky which I like. It is a little forgiving as long it's not pressed on. Once on, that's it.

These actually made a difference. As silly as they seem they DID reduce my inside temps. With record heat this summer i looked for anything, these were cheap and easy to install and worked surprisingly well.Footnote.... the can make your outlets no longer flush with the wall.

These work much better than the one's without the sticky backs So far, they seem fine. I have sealed several of my covers, but until this week, it was warm out. Last night, however, it dropped to 50 degrees and I noticed that I didn't feel any cool air coming in around a specific light switch when I normally can at night. It may be awhile before I make a final decision, but so far, it seems better than without them. The only complaint I have is that there are a LOT of these like the lower left white rectangle with the rectangle cut out inside on the photo to the left. I have NO outlets like that. I expected some that I wouldn't be able to use without piecing something together, but there was, I felt, an inordinate amount of this particular style in my box. Time will tell if I run out of the types I need, but the do seem to work.I just wish you could order the ones you need so you don't end up with a bunch you don't.

These were easy to install. I wish there had been more outlet covers for a typical outlet and fewer switch ones as I didn't need as many of those. Not 100% if they're helpful but it feels like it when you install them because taking the cover off is chilly. Figured it was a cheap enough option that it was worth a shot! Some of our rooms are a bit cold so I was hoping it'd help.
