Well balanced shifter, great fitment, nice machined knob, correct shift pattern for nv4500.

The shifter shaft is straight, both stock shifter for the G360 and NV4500 on the '93 1st gen Cummins and the '95 V10 are curved, see pics. I didn't try to replace it because it would've put the shifter way over to the right, away from me, I would've had to stretch too far to shift. worse with the NV4500, it would've hit the dashboard. So I ended up using the knob only, which by the way is top notch, really high quality machining. So it's not a total waste for me, I don't know if it would work for anybody else, unless they're missing the shifter altogether, it may work.
