I purchased 5 of these black locks to replace the old ones. However, as you can see in the photo, the new lock face-plates are defective.There is no way to lock or unlock the unit.

At first, thought this was an exceptional product. However, found the same quality product at Lowes $20.00 cheaper.

Very nice option compared to traditional pocket door pulls. The only negative is that I think the baskets could be slightly deeper for easier movement...still deserving of five starts however. Solid and nice looking pulls.
