I’m not one to typically write a review for anything, but just wanted to say Stone Lain’s customer service team was great. We had a chipped plate, so had submitted a warranty request through their website with a reference to the Amazon Order number, and they were quick to send us a replacement. The sets quality is great and well worth investing the extra cost compared to other sets we had seen.

We absolutely love the stoneware! It blends so nicely with some handmade pottery pieces we have. The plates and bowls are a hearty size and clean nicely in the dishwasher.

Please think twice before buying. We loved the looks and size of the dishes, but we had no idea they would chip so easily.Just my wife and myself, and after just a few months, we have had 4 dinner plates chip on the edges and 2 salad plates chip on the edge. We carefully load the dishwasher and stack them in the cupboard one by one. Yet, as careful as we are, they still chipped. We had old dishes for over 30 years with zero chips. Would not recommend these to anyone!!

This is a high quality, heavyweight stoneware dinnerware set. The light green color and finish is good. I really like the raised edges on the plates. The dishes were packed very well and arrived intact despite watching the Amazon delivery person literally toss it onto my front porch. However, one can find very similar stoneware dinnerware sets at the large store that starts with a "W" for half the price. For this, I remove one star.
