I bought this device because it advertised a cut in energy costs up to half. In the mean time I hear that it doesn’t work. Along the way, I read people say it works for refrigerator noise/hums. My refrigerator has been becoming increasingly noisy over the years especially in the summer time when it’s humid. This spring has been the worst. The hum had turned into a very loud buzz. I was seriously considering buying a new refrigerator but was afraid I would buy one and get the same noise because they’re all filled with energy efficient crap-olla that causes mind bending noise. So, I had the plugs around contemplating returning them and decided to plug one into the refrigerator outlet and see if it worked on noise reduction. I had nothing to lose. (Refrigerators use regular plugs leaving the second outlet open). So I plugged in The Stop Watt and it instantly worked on bringing the noise down. In fact, over weeks, the noise progressively lessened to almost being gone. I don’t know if it’s just because I filled up the second outlet or not. I don’t know if I put in a toaster plug if that would have worked but I couldn’t have a toaster hanging out of an outlet in the back of my refrigerator so I’m glad I had this small little Stop Watt to fill it. Overall, I think I was able to control the noise by just filling in the outlet, however, it fits tight in there so it’s the perfect solution. So I’m keeping it and glad I purchased it.As far as saving energy, it’s too soon for me to compare; but my guess is that they work by being a surge protector. Just like the ones you use for your computers. It’s stops surges so technically it’s suppose to save money. Have I noticed a change in my electric bill since using multiplug surge protectors for my electronics? Not that I have ever noticed. I see pictures of people using the Stop Watt in surge protectors but doesn’t the surge protector already stop the surge?

I like how its super easy to use i just plug it in and its set. It doesnt cause my lights to flicker , and my appliances seem to be running as efficiently. I look forward to seeing the difference it makes overall on my electric bill and to see how much it saves overall. I like how straightforward it is, it isnt complicated to use. Overall it seems like a good value for money. And functions as it should so far.

I was impressed with how simple this energy saving device is to use just plug it in and it starts working It helps stabilize voltage and reduce electricity consumption especially for heavy duty appliances The durable design and surge protection give me peace of mind I’ve already noticed a difference in my energy bill. I do recommend give this a try!

I tested the stop watt energy saving device over several weeks in a home with typical electronics and appliances. It’s easy to plug in and claims to stabilize voltage and balance current to reduce electricity . While I was initially skeptical, I did noticed a small but steady decrease in my energy usage after a full billing cycle. It’s compact , silent, and doesn’t interfere with anything else plugged in. Even if the saving aren’t huge, the potential long-term benefits and possible protection for my appliances make it a worthwhile addition to my home. I’m glad I gave it a shot!
