I purchased this Storm Door Closer because it is listed as a Heavy Duty closer. But when it came, it is not in my opinion a Heavy Duty closer. The tube is much smaller than what I currently have and the spring inside feels weaker than the one I took off which was a heavy duty closer.I am not going to return it now but hope it will last, But I want to warn other buyers that this looks, feels and acts like a normal door closer (NOT Heavy Duty).

This replaced the bad hydraulic door closer. It replaced the original perfectly and was very easy to install. I didn’t have to adjust it. My door closes smoothly and latches every time now.
