Pretty good for what it is. It's very flexible, and has good density. I would have preferred if it wasn't as milky white and slightly translucent. A fully opaque bright white or even off white would make it blend better with real wood trim. But it is perfectly acceptable for use in bathrooms, and some kitchen countertops, too, and perhaps creative projects. I don't know if this is paintable, but doesn't look like it.Here's a suggestion--they should make this with a small chamfer instead of a 90-degree angle. It would make it a lot easier to install in places that already have caulking without having to scrape it out, or where it's not exactly perpendicular. These situations would make it difficult to get the adhesive backing to make good contact on both sides.
