But also as always, when ther is an instructor setting up the equiptment for the student on the DVD, it makes it harder to keep up at home adjusting everything on your own. I wish they'd let it flow naturally, so I'm not constantly pausing, especially when the instructions for spring adjustment are lost in the hullabaloo of transitions. But, again, they're great at merrithhew (sp?). So much more focus on correct technique, and in general, they allot for the time to get your form (often other style) teachers let the tempo trump good biomechanics. Here, you do get to move too. Go Stott! (I'm a yoga teacher)This is often a peeve. Poor preperation, or instruction, in general is how people hurt themselves, and come to hate a discipline. Even worse, a student has been doing something poorly for years, and they think it's my fault for sucking the joy outta their flow, when I try to get them balanced. Flow is an earned privilege of (some level) of mastery, not just for youth, but for anyone who can find the proper tempo to meet them where they are.

It's been a while since I took the Jumpboard training, but wanted to start using it with my clients. So this DVD was a great reminder and showed me some exercises I hadn't seen before.The supplier listed this as "used" but it was in it's original packaging and was shipped out right away.

This DVD gave me a whole new dimension of exercises to do on my reformer. The workout did raise my heart rate more than regular pilates but more importantly, was an excellent ab workout. Keeping my legs up in the air for the jump sections absolutely killed my abs the next day.

I own many Stott DVD's. Of these, this one is one of the best.The workout, done correctly, is awesome.My main beef with Stott Pro series is that of the hundred plus minutes on each DVD, the workout itself is only 30-40 min. the rest is mostly about how great Stott is and what else we should buy... (Which is why this DVD only gets 4 stars)
