These fit great, but do not have a fabric on the back of the hole to hold anything in place.

Definitely get a size up if you have a butt. I still use it, but it's a little hard to put on.

Bought this for my wife. Slip on an off. Likes to wear sheer nylons with it. Lot better then buckling pulling straps. Ty

The underwear material quality seems pretty good. The built in ring works as expected with smaller toys, in stretchable fabric. I normally were 38 - 40 in waist, and the XXL do fit a bit snug, so perhaps they do run small as other reviewers commented. Overall, decent product for the price.

By the time we had gotten to ordering this particular belt, we had already dumped cash on 3 other harness's prior, all which took way to much time to set up and prep, was clunk to change play and non of them just seemed to flow naturally with what we wanted. So we took a crack at this harness / boxers / underwear and we were very skeptical at that point, but what the heck. It arrived a few days ago and what a game changer. This thing is as simple as pulling up a pair of underwear, and placing the device in the opening is simple and easy, quick. The material is 95% cotton with 5% spandex I believe it says on the tag, ran it through a wash machine and dryer with no issues, the silicone ring is sewn into the actual fabric so that does not rub against you or chafe you. Surprisingly with the device out, they are very comfortable to wear all day as well, minus the opening built in they are really comfy boxer shorts.

They tight so if you know You a lil bigger get a size up , I mean mines fit nd most def work just all lil to tight around the bottom.
