Gave it as a gift, when the little girl opened it the stick pins were missing. :(I believe the kit would be a great little craft, but her mom had to go to the store for part of it.

My 10 year old loved it. She was pretty much able to do it without assistance once I got her started. There was no tape on the backer board though like it says there should be. Also the box of pins was open inside the larger box so pins were everywhere when we opened it. Overall I would recommend it.

Very nice to make with your 10 and 8 year old children. They were challenged in a positive way by being able to finish the project.

This has been a lot of fun for my 11 year old! It is an involved craft so a perfect fit for crafty tweens and up! My 9 year old loved this and completed it totally independently. I would give 5 stars, but our kit came with a heart, 2 moons/stars but no bird.
