The harness that is supposed to come with it it never came for ours and it only came with collar and lash

My first thought after taking this out of the package was that the harness and especially the leash was very heavy. I realize that will likely make it more durable, but I have smaller dogs (dachshunds) so the weight of it seems excessive. Also, I measured my dog, and while the harness is able to be adjusted, it didn’t fit my dog in the shoulder area as well as I’d like. The collar was too large for his neck even fully adjusted. I would suggest sizing down if your dog falls in between sizes. I do really like the color however; I got the green.
