Very difficult to get on. I used lubrication and air compressor but still I ripped the foam. The pens are a lot better than the original that hold the door handle in place so much better with a screw.

Grip was installed in less than 20min. I used the soap water and air compressor with rubber tip blow nozzle. So much better (stainless steel) hardware included with this kit, you can see the original hardware was already corroded. You can't tell that it has been replaced, matches the original perfectly!

I could not get the foam onto the handle. I used 3in1 oil on it and even with that there was no way it was going to slide on. Would not recommend this product.

Two things you need to be aware of. The foam grip is not as long as the original foam grip by around 1.5". Installation is definitely not easy but if you have an air compressor available, the air blast under the foam does help quite a bit during the installation.

Good product. I used the rubbing alcohol trick to install. At first it seems like, "How the heck am I going to get this thing on the handle?" It seems too small, but the alcohol and a little patience will do the trick. Alcohol is better than silicone or oil based lubricants because it evaporates with no residue. Now it's on there and looks and works great. It's also nice that they include new springs and bolts to put the handle back on. The originals were pins with spring clips, which would have been a pain to put back on. The bolts with nuts that have the nylon inserts were easy to install.

Needed this for replacement of my foam cover that started to tear. This was perfect, with all parts required and good instructions.A little fiddling required to get the nut and spring installed, and you don’t need to tighten the nut very far. Only need to remove one of the bolts to get the foam on. Foam matches existing so it looks like new. Would buy again.

The product worked as expected. I used a air compressor to install it on a 1” bar. It would be difficult to install without it. They provided bolts and springs. That made installation easier as well.

They appear to be OEM quality and are just what I wanted. Used some dish soap and water mix in a spray bottle and got the inside of the grip and the metal handle nice and wet. Got the grip started then put the tip of my air nozzle in the end of the grip and it slid on in a couple seconds. I had the air pressure set at about 80 psi on the compressor. The water dried out in an hour or so and the grip are now nice and firm in place on the handles. I highly recommend these grips but IMO you really need a compressor to make it a quick and easy job.

Was using it to replace the foam on a travel trailer door hand rail. The dimensions were written as a 10 x 10 x 4 1/2“ which I didn’t know what it meant and I asked but never got an answer. It’s too short and at $1.30 an inch for a piece of cheap foam rubber is rather pricey. I did read where some people said the piece was 11 1/2 inches but mine was only 10 inches.

This fit my NuWa HitchHiker handle. It was not easy to put on, but with soap and an air compressor with a blower fitting, it went on fairly quickly. Looks good and hopefully with last.
