1. It came with out all the parts to make it operational, but after a qucick trip to the hardware store to get a cotter pin.2. Put a 400 lbs slab on it and buckled.I guess thats all there is to say.

This product is a back saver. I used it to move the walls of a dismantled Tuff shed to a trailer. Could not have moved it without this.

Used these to move panels around on lawns and uneven surfaces they work great , the thumbscrews are very weak plastic so I recommend getting a replacement made of all metal
